but the same patterns keep showing up.

but walking in deeper alignment with God’s truth?

You don’t have to stay in the same cycles.

It’s time to embrace a new way of living—

with peace, wholeness, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Let’s explore what’s next—together.

One Step At a Time

Frequently Asked Questions

What is coaching?
Coaching is a co-creative and collaborative process that helps you gain new awareness, develop insights, and take meaningful steps toward your goals. The focus is on where you are now and where you want to go. Through thought-provoking conversations and strategic reflection, coaching empowers you to move forward with clarity and purpose.

How is coaching different from counseling or mentoring?
While coaching, counseling, and mentoring may have some overlap, they are distinct. Coaching focuses on the present and future, helping you gain awareness, explore possibilities, and take action toward your goals. Counseling addresses past wounds and mental health concerns, while mentoring typically involves receiving guidance from someone with experience in a particular area. In coaching, the client is always in the driver’s seat—while we may touch on the past or explore feedback, the focus remains on moving forward.

Is coaching right for me?
If you feel stuck in repetitive cycles, struggle to apply what you’ve learned from healing, or feel a pull toward something greater but aren’t sure how to get there, coaching can help. It’s for women ready to gain awareness, build resilience, and take meaningful action toward their goals.

What results can I expect from coaching?
Coaching doesn’t offer quick fixes, but it does provide space for transformation. You can expect to gain new perspectives, increased self-awareness, and practical steps to help you move forward. Over time, this leads to greater confidence, resilience, and alignment with your purpose as you take intentional action toward the life you desire.

How will I know if coaching is what I need or if I need something else?
Coaching is a great fit if you are ready to move forward but need guidance, accountability, and clarity in the process. If you're dealing with unresolved trauma, deep emotional wounds, or mental health concerns, counseling may be a better fit. As a board-certified master mental health coach, I can help you discern what type of support is best for you and refer you to the right resources if needed.

How many sessions do I need?
Change takes time, and research suggests it takes at least three months to develop new habits. A commitment of at least 6 to 12 sessions allows for meaningful progress. Some clients continue for several months or even years, using coaching as ongoing support for growth, clarity, and accountability. We’ll tailor the journey based on your needs and goals.
